ADAM C. DILLON

With 20 years of experience, Adam serves as an Associate Search Consultant working directly with TCG’s Chief Sales Officer.  Adam is perfectly suited for this role because of the diversity of searches performed by this team, which is broad and inclusive of all of TCG’s industry specializations.  Adam’s tenure combined with a discipline-focused approach, has enabled him to maximize process efficiencies in recruiting vertically and departmentally for a variety of companies. Additionally, he has developed an extensive professional network; a precious resource when conducting time-sensitive searches for his clients. He also believes emphatically in the power of building and sustaining relationships with his clients and candidates alike.
