**Commercial Lines Account Manager

****Work Arrangement: **Remote Opportunity/Hybrid**

Candidates should be located **outside** the broader York/Lancaster/Harrisburg regional market to be considered remote and within the DELMARVA/PA markets.**

**Position Overview**


Our client, a growing and well-established independent insurance agency, is seeking an experienced **Commercial Lines Account Manager** to join their team. This individual will manage and a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while providing exceptional service, developing strong client relationships, and supporting overall agency growth.


**Responsibilities**





- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication

- Review coverage needs and provide insurance solutions tailored to client objectives

- Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes

- Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal service teams

- Identify opportunities for account rounding and account growth

- Ensure a high level of client retention and satisfaction


**Qualifications**





- 3+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage including property, casualty, and related products

- Experience managing a book of business independently or as part of a team

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
