Brett C. Myers, CSAM

Brett Myers is Managing Director of the Grocery Retail Practice at The Carlisle Group (TCG), where he has spent his entire executive search career since joining the firm in 2001. Based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Brett brings more than two decades of experience helping clients identify and secure top talent across the grocery retail and broader supply chain landscape.

Background & Education

A graduate of Albright College, Brett earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001. His grandparents owned a small-town grocery store, so Brett’s connection to the grocery industry runs deep – something that has shaped both his career path and his long-standing passion for the space.

Brett began his career at TCG as a Senior Search Consultant and has since built a track record of excellence, completing more than 700 executive and professional placements across organizations of all sizes. In 2022, he was named Managing Director, where he now leads the firm’s grocery retail talent team. In this role, he partners with clients across grocery, retail, wholesale, distribution, and logistics to deliver high-impact leadership talent.

He holds two advanced certifications from MRINetwork—the Certified Senior Personnel Consultant (CSPC) and Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM)—reflecting his commitment to professional excellence, ethical standards, and long-term client success.
