Courtney E. Feagley is an Executive Search Consultant at The Carlisle Group (TCG), where she leads searches in animal health and pet food while supporting the firm’s broader food and nutrition practice. She partners closely with clients as a trusted advisor, delivering talent solutions tailored to highly specialized industries.
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Data Science from Shippensburg University before beginning her career at TCG as an Internet Researcher. In this role she supported search teams through database management and search process development. Recognized for her performance and natural ability to build relationships, she advanced into a search consultant role. Since then, she has developed deep industry expertise and a strong instinct for identifying candidates who align with both organizational needs and long-term fit.
