David Madans is a Senior Search Consultant with The Carlisle Group (TCG), where he specializes in insurance recruiting for independent insurance agencies. For 15 years, David has been niched exclusively in the independent agency space, helping firms identify and attract top talent across commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefits.
David began his career in insurance brokerage in the early 2000s, and that firsthand industry experience still shapes how he evaluates talent today. Over his recruiting career, he has completed hundreds of placements for independent agencies, spanning service, account management, production, operations, and leadership roles.
David specializes in custom-tailored searches conducted on behalf of his clients.
