Pamela is the Senior Internet Researcher at The Carlisle Group (TCG). She is a dedicated specialist working hard for the Insurance Team to find top talent through advanced sourcing techniques.
Her career was built in the Insurance industry starting as a Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager, then pivoting to a Non-Injury Claims Adjuster licensed in 14 states with CAT experience.
Pamela joined The Carlisle Group in 2012, bringing that knowledge and a natural curiosity for data-driven problem solving. She has been instrumental in building robust talent pipelines for various teams at TCG throughout her tenure and has a proven track record of identifying high-impact candidates using the latest search technologies. She excels at navigating professional networks, specialized databases and social media to source top-tier candidates for her team. Pamela is dedicated to streamlining the hiring lifecycle by delivering high-quality, human-centered results and insights. Throughout her career she has been an integral part of placing over 400 candidates in rewarding advanced positions.
Her expertise lends itself to areas outside research into database administration and vetting technology to stay ahead of industry trends.
